We’re looking for trainees to join OneFifty who absolutely love the internet, and want to start their careers working on ‘what’s coming next’.

We’re a digital marketing consultancy, which uses data and models of behaviour to anticipate what, where, and how organisations should behave, digitally.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy, which is pioneering new approaches around the analysis and application of social and digital data. We were PRCA Digital Agency of the Year in 2023 and have now won over 120 awards for our work. We’ve also been in the UK’s 100 hottest start-ups 3 years running, listed as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe by the FT.
Our trainees will be working across existing and prospective clients supporting a range of activities, from research, to data gathering, to strategy development, to creative production, digital media buying and influencer engagement, alongside operational support in business operations such as marketing and business development. Clients include organisations as varied as OVO, JLL, Yellow Tail wines, Toby Carvery, Harvester, Mazda and Sage.

Development of business materials

Paid media buying
Data gathering & analysis

Quantitative and qualitative research skills
Strong interest and experience with social media platforms

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time

Location: Central London
Start date: September 2024 onwards
A degree is required. If you haven't attended university (and aren't enrolled currently) we run a three-month Summer Apprenticeship (May-July).Those who are successful and wish to continue their career with us, will then join the Trainee Programme detailed here.
