About the OneFifty 2025 Trainee Scheme

Based in Soho, London, we’re a digital marketing consultancy focused on what comes next - where strategic counsel is matched with great execution to produce results that genuinely impact clients’ bottom line.


We’re data-led with customer behaviours at the heart - combining digital data analysis and insight, behavioural psychology, and creative thinking.

Our trainees will be working across existing and prospective clients supporting a range of activities, including campaign planning and execution, influencer engagement, research and data gathering, digital media buying, strategy development and creative production.

What we're looking for

You’ll be joining a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing consultancy, which is pioneering new approaches around the analysis and application of social media behaviours and digital data. 


You need to be positive, fast-paced, and curious about the way people interact. We’re looking for people with authenticity, passion and excellence. You’ll be looking to start your career, and hungry to learn and experience standout work which shapes what comes next, for all of us. 


A degree is required.

What to do if you're interested?

Please submit your CV (please include individual unit grades) and a covering letter below, which includes answers to the following questions:

  • Why do you want to work a) in social/digital media and with OneFifty? (no more than 200 words)

  • What’s the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome? (no more than 100 words)

  • What has been the most interesting or exciting development in social media over the last year? (no more than 100 words)

If successful we’ll be holding phone interviews in February followed by a first round of face to face interviews in March. The final stage is an in-person assessment day at OneFifty’s office held in March.
